Last year, Williams-Sonoma reopened their original store, which was founded in the quaint town of Sonoma, California in 1956 by Chuck Williams. This historic site, originally a small Sonoma hardware shop, showcases many of the original design details. During the remodel, efforts were made to preserve the original architecture and style, including the black-and-white checkerboard floor tiles and signature shelving that served as inspiration for the look of early Williams-Sonoma stores. Fixtures and materials were salvaged from the original store and incorporated into the new design. The landmark store now even includes a 12-seat cooking school! Sabrina and Heather were able to visit the original store and found some incredible pieces they loved. Check out their finds below and click the images to see the items on the Williams-Sonoma website.
